Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Saunas are custom-ordered. Expect 6–10 weeks depending on model and time of year.

Q: Can I return my sauna?
A: Due to the made-to-order nature, we do not accept returns. All sales are final once production begins. If something arrives broken or malfunctioning, please contact us right away — we're happy to troubleshoot or replace any damaged components

Q: Do you offer installation?
A: All saunas arrive fully assembled. You'll just need to position and connect power. We're happy to provide install guidance.

Q: What if something arrives damaged?
A: We’ll replace or repair any damage documented at the time of delivery. Please inspect your sauna thoroughly upon arrival.

Q: Do you hold inventory?
A: Not yet. To ensure quality and customization, each sauna is built per order.
